He's a member of our Customer Service Team in our New Showroom, taking orders on the phone, pulling materials for customers or even jumping in the delivery truck to help out when needed. CJ worked for Ward Supply years ago and then worked in the family business before coming back. CJ will always make you smile no matter what kind of day you are having. Randy Ward - Inside Sales/Customer Service

Randy has worked for the company for 3 years. He started out in the shipping and receiving department and moved up to inside sales. He graduated from Monroe Community College in 2008 with an associate degree in Air Conditioning Technology: Heating and Ventilating. Randy is up to date with the latest advancements in the industry. He can handle all your quoting needs along with job sizing and product specifications. When he is not helping customers at the counter you can find him doing product research and working on new innovative ideas. Randy is capable of handling all of your customer service needs.
Paul Metz - Customer Service/Systems Administrator

Paul comes to Ward with 20+ years experience in the Wholesale industry. When he's not busy helping customers at the Counter in Rochester or on the phone...you'll find him processing the paperwork necessary for dealer credits on warranty credit reports. Paul's duties also include System Administrator and Purchasing dept.
