Terry Ward is President and owner of Ward Supply Company. His father, Leon Ward, founded Ward Supply in 1952. Terry started working at his father's company part-time during high school. Upon his graduation from St. John Fisher College in 1976 with a Bachelors degree in Business Management, he began his full time career with the Company.
Terry learned the ropes of Ward Supply from the bottom up. He worked in in shipping and receiving, then inside sales at the busy parts counter. In 1978 Lee Ward promoted his son to Vice President and gave him the additional responsibility of purchasing several lines of controls.
In 1981 Leon Ward retired from the business and sold his stock to Terry Ward and another Vice President, Angelo Campisi. They ran the business successfully as owners until Angelo retired in 1995. During this time, the company more than quadrupled in volume and added several employees. Terry let the addition of a computer system in 1984 and added sales branched in Canandaigua in 1987 and Syracuse in 1990, along with a sales territory in the Buffalo Market.
Terry's employment philosophy is to have cross-trained employees that are empowered to make decisions on the job. Teamwork is the foundation of the management style at Ward Supply. Terry strongly believes in promoting customer service by giving Ward Supply's customers "more than what they expect with every opportunity."
Terry stays networked with many of his peers nationally in the HVAC business and brings their best practices to Ward Supply. His goal is to bring the Company to the highest market share level of any HVAC distributor in the territory and give the best customer service to our dealers so that they won't want to go anywhere else but Ward Supply
Lisa Mastin Ward - Marketing Specialist

Lisa joined the company as an advertising and co-op specialist in 1989, in charge of our in-house advertising agency, Ward Promotions. This department was formed to help our dealers advertise and utilize their marketing funds to the fullest potential. Her background in marketing came from many years of radio sales in the Rochester market. Lisa works very closely with the Sales team to promote growth for the dealers through advertising and promotions. She also shares an important role as a member of the Leadership Team of Ward Supply. Sharing her expertise of marketing and helping our dealers advertise in 22 counties, is the key to our dealers continued growth and success. Ward Supply offers a strong team of Sales and Marketing that is hard to beat anywhere in Upstate and Central New York.
Mark McHugh - Branch Supervisor

Mark's expertise in the HVAC industry and customer service has lead him to the important role on our Leadership Team and Branch Manager in Canandaigua. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, our Canandaigua Team works extremely hard and are totally cross trained to do whatever it takes to make our customers in the Southern tier and outlying areas happy.
David Grazul - Purchasing Agent & Commercial Pricing Specialist

David has a very important role as our purchasing agent and as a member of our Leadership Team. Thanks to Dave's many years of experience working with our customers, he understands how important it is to keep the inventory needed of Trane products and accessories. He also works very closely with our Salesmen to be competitive on commercial quotes.
